Dear lecturer,

Reflect Lab – Supporting lecturers in applying inquiry based learning was a thirty-month lasting European project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. Five institutions from five countries collaborate in order to develop an innovative course structure, which fosters self-directed learning at Higher Education Institutions.

One result of the project is this Reflect Lab Platform. It helps lecturers of social sciences to implement Reflect Labs, which are based on the method of Inquiry-based learning.

The platform provides you with the following possibilities:

  • Have a look and use the Materials and Results in order to get an idea of Inquiry-based learning and how to implement a Reflect Lab in your course or seminar;

  • Register and join the Reflect Lab Community. Get in touch with colleagues all over Europe. Exchange experiences and ideas;

  • Stimulus Materials are crucial for initiating a Reflect Lab. We developed a short manual on how you can develop your own Stimulus Material. Feel free to get in touch with us and ask for support in creating your material (see box on the right);

  • Have a look at a number of supporting and helpful ICT Tools for implementing Reflect Labs.

  • Are you interested in Conferences and Events, dealing with Inquiry-based learning? Have a look at our Calendar and find out if there is something close to you.

In addition, if you are asking for support or suggestions, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We can arrange virtual meetings via Skype or Adobe Connect or phone calls at any time. Just write as an eMail and we will reply as soon as possible.
